| TERMS OF SERVICE
1° | DISCLAIMER● Failure to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as any disrespectful behavior directed toward me, grants me the right to terminate the commission at any stage and/or refuse future work.● I reserve the right to decline any request that goes against my personal or professional principles and boundaries.2° | COPYRIGHT➥ All copyrights of the artwork belong to me as the artist.● I may publish the artwork on any platform for portfolio and self-promotion purposes, unless a privacy fee has been previously agreed upon.● The artwork may NOT be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior purchase of commercial rights.● It is not allowed to turn the artwork into merchandise or products without formal authorization.3° | PROCESS➥ The client must provide visual references and a detailed description of the request.❗ In some cases, filling out a form will be mandatory.● The process will be divided into stages (sketch, lineart, rendering, finalization). Updates will be sent as the project progresses.❗ Clear approval of the sketch is MANDATORY to proceed.● The delivery time varies according to:
– Commission complexity
– Queue order
– Health or personal matters
– Communication between artist and client● The work is communication-based. Any unforeseen issues will be communicated.● If the client disappears without prior notice, changes their username, or deletes their account without informing me, the commission may be paused or canceled.| DELIVERY TIME➥ There is no fixed deadline. An estimated timeframe will be provided individually depending on complexity.● In case of a pause caused by the client (e.g., inability to pay the remaining 50%), the commission will be paused until payment is settled. Other clients may move ahead in the queue.4° | REVISIONS➥ Significant changes are only allowed during the SKETCH phase.● After sketch approval, only minor adjustments can be made.● Major changes after this stage may result in additional charges.5° | PRIORITY & PRIVACY➥ Priority fee: +20% of the total price.➥ Privacy fee: +25% of the total price.
(The artwork will only be posted with the client’s permission, even after years.)6° | PAYMENT➥ Accepted payment methods: PAYPAL.❗ Standard payment method:
● 50% UPFRONT to begin
● 50% after sketch approval to continue❗ 100% payment after completion is NOT accepted.● Work will only begin after payment confirmation and receipt of references.⚠️ If the client does not pay the remaining 50% after sketch approval, the commission will be paused.⚠️ Once the lineart phase has started, refunds will no longer be available.● Some specific services may require 100% upfront payment.7° | REFUND POLICYRefunds are only available under the following circumstances:● 100% — If the project has not been started.
● 50% — During the sketch phase.
● 0% — After the lineart phase has begun.⚠️ No refunds will be issued after final delivery.Threats, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate blocking.8° | SERVICE DAYS➥ New commissions and confirmations are handled on business days only.● There is no regular weekend service.
● Occasional updates may occur, but are not mandatory.9° | CLIENT RIGHTS✔️ The client MAY:
● Use the artwork for personal purposes
● Post it on social media with proper credit
● Print it for personal use
● Use it commercially ONLY if commercial rights were previously purchased❌ The client MAY NOT:
● Modify the artwork
● Claim authorship
● Use it in AI generators
● Post without credit
● Resell or profit from it without purchasing commercial rights
● Resell the artwork without direct authorization
